I graduated from Idaho State University, earning a Masters in Counseling with a specialty in Marriage, Couple, and Family counseling.
I have extensive experience with treating anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), couples in relationships (including LGBTQ+), and traumatic experiences (including domestic violence and sexual assault). I have worked with clients ages 3 to 80 and enjoy working with individuals, children, and parents.
I am trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is a trauma treatment (find out more about this here). I am also a Level 1 and Level 2 trained Gottman Method couples therapist (information here). I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well (information here). I am also a CAMS-care-trained provider working towards certification (information here).
